The company has successfully completed its first System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 examination and passed its first annual surveillance audit for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
These achievements validate Luminary’s commitment to operational excellence and the protection of customer data within its Physics AI and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) services.
Double Verification of Security Standards
The audits were conducted by A-LIGN, a leading cybersecurity compliance firm trusted by more than 4,000 global organizations.
- SOC 2 Type 2 Examination: Established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), this examination tested the operating effectiveness of Luminary’s controls over a review period from January 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. The independent audit verified controls relevant to Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, resulting in an unqualified opinion with no exceptions noted in the design or operating effectiveness of controls.
- ISO 27001:2022 Surveillance Audit: Following its initial certification, Luminary completed its first annual surveillance audit to ensure continued conformity of its Information Security Management System (ISMS). The audit concluded with zero (0) major and zero (0) minor nonconformities, reaffirming the robustness of Luminary’s security framework.
